We cant be more thankful for Ascending Tree Service y'all! We actually know Charles from way back. He literally saved the day for us recently!!! A few weeks ago during a bad rain/wind storm our new kitten(maybe 4 months old) got spooked by something and ran up a tree. The more we tried to get her down the higher she went. Until she was about 40ft in the air for over 24 hours. It was raining, cold and windy, she was crying so loud we could hear her inside our house. We contacted Charles the next day Y'all without hesitation he scurried right up that tree and saved “Milkshake”. We cant thank him enough for his compassion and professionalism. It was easy to get an appointment for a free written estimate which was promptly delivered electronically and included photos of the work to be done and a copy of the business insurance. Charles stayed in constant communication throughout the project and kept me informed as the work progressed. His crews are efficient and did absolutely great work on my enormous and badly overgrown trees, including all the cleanup and haul away of massive amounts of debris. Our need was urgent. Two trunks of an old elm tree with three main trunks had fallen and barely missed our house. The one remaining trunk was leaning toward the house and would have caused major damage if it had fallen. I contacted two other agencies and both said they couldn't get to it for at least two weeks. Storms were forecast within days and we had plans to travel in two days. Charles at Ascending Tree Service agreed to the job and even started the same day. It was amazing to watch him to safely and efficiently take down that overhanging giant trunk without damaging our fence or any structure. Charles came to assess a tree removal in our backyard. He came, assessed, and strategized and offer to take down while on-site. It was amazing to watch him measure, align ropes, secure the area and successfully drop a large tree. Charles is the best in the business when it comes to tree cutting. When he came to cut my limbs he educated me on how to spot dead limbs and the whole trimming process. We called Mr. Harris about cutting a tree down for us that was beginning to cause problems. He responded promptly, was at out house within a couple of days to look at the tree, had an estimate to us within two days and the tree was gone within a week. Not only was the service beyond anything we could have asked for, Mr Harris runs a Christian company that puts the Lord first. Before cutting down the tree, he prayed and had we been home at the time, he would have asked us to join him in prayer. So refreshing to see Christian values put in place at the workplace.
