Johnathan & his crew took out a large dead elm tree. The tree was approximately 50’ tall with a 24” diameter. They were professional and did a great job cleaning up and hauled off all of the tree and debris. I’m very satisfied with the job they did as well as the price. I have never left a review before, however Mr. Charles Harris’s tree work was definitely worthy of a review! He was a true professional in every aspect. He showed up on time for the original estimate and every other time he was scheduled to arrive. He was conscientious about his work and did exactly what he said he was going to do and did it within the timeframe that he estimated. He took the time to explain how he would remove the trees that other contractors had been unable/unwilling to remove. He also explained how he would clean up all the debris and remove it. He explained that he was licensed and insured and that our home and property would be completely covered. Our need was urgent. Two trunks of an old elm tree with three main trunks had fallen and barely missed our house. The one remaining trunk was leaning toward the house and would have caused major damage if it had fallen. I contacted two other agencies and both said they couldn't get to it for at least two weeks. Storms were forecast within days and we had plans to travel in two days. Charles at Ascending Tree Service agreed to the job and even started the same day. It was amazing to watch him to safely and efficiently take down that overhanging giant trunk without damaging our fence or any structure. Charles is the best in the business when it comes to tree cutting. When he came to cut my limbs he educated me on how to spot dead limbs and the whole trimming process. Charles came to assess a tree removal in our backyard. He came, assessed, and strategized and offer to take down while on-site. It was amazing to watch him measure, align ropes, secure the area and successfully drop a large tree. This large tree was leaning towards our house but he dropped it 180 degrees away towards river/woods. Fantastic service and liability removed from our property. See more See less

We called Mr. Harris about cutting a tree down for us that was beginning to cause problems. He responded promptly, was at out house within a couple of days to look at the tree, had an estimate to us within two days and the tree was gone within a week. Not only was the service beyond anything we could have asked for, Mr Harris runs a Christian company that puts the Lord first. Before cutting down the tree, he prayed and had we been home at the time, he would have asked us to join him in prayer. So refreshing to see Christian values put in place at the workplace. We cant be more thankful for Ascending Tree Service y'all! We actually know Charles from way back. He literally saved the day for us recently!!! A few weeks ago during a bad rain/wind storm our new kitten(maybe 4 months old) got spooked by something and ran up a tree. The more we tried to get her down the higher she went. Until she was about 40ft in the air for over 24 hours. It was raining, cold and windy, she was crying so loud we could hear her inside our house. We contacted Charles the next day Y'all without hesitation he scurried right up that tree and saved “Milkshake”. We cant thank him enough for his compassion and professionalism.
